Pricing & Payment Policy

We have established a suggested pricing program for product redistribution and recommend no discounting below the suggested levels. Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in a writing signed by an authorized representative of QMI, the price for the products shall be our price in effect for such products on the date of shipment. Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, terms are set forth on our accompanying invoice. In case the Customer shall fail to make payments in accordance with terms and conditions stipulated herein, we may defer further shipments until such payments are made or may, at our option, cancel the unshipped balance.
