Make-to-Order (MTO)

Make-to-Order is a specialized manufacturing service provided by QMI based on our experience, technical knowledge and capabilities. Due to the customer-specific MTO application, the required product may not be in stock and must be quoted by us. Once we receive all the related technical specifications, WE will provide a quote back to the customer within 48 hours. Once the quote is mutually agreed upon by both parties, a delivery date will be set; normally varying between 30 to 60 days given the MTO complexity. A deposit may be required on certain special orders. For MTO cancellations, we will charge the customer for time and materials incurred, and deduct this from the deposit, if applicable. Any difference will be immediately refunded or billed for immediate payment.
