Return Goods Policy

Quarter Master is committed to manufacturing and selling only high quality clutch and related products. We warrant our products to be free of defects from workmanship and materials. We will replace returned defective goods with replacement product of equal or greater value. All warranty claims must be received, inspected and approved by our Quality department. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA# (Returned Material Authorization).

Returns for Credit
a) No returned products will be accepted unless customer has first received written authority from QMI.
b) Requests for return of products must be made within six months from date of purchase. No returns on obsolete items.
c) No make-to-orders (MTOs) or other special order products will be accepted for return.
d) No returned products will be accepted for credit unless they are in saleable condition.
e) Transportation charges must be prepaid on all return shipments. Products shipped collect will not be accepted from the carrier.
f) All credits issued will be at the lower of current or purchase price, less 15% handling and restocking fee.
g) Return goods must be accompanied by a packing slip showing in detail the list of the products and the date of the letter authorizing their return.
